A job well executed! Please be advised that the Winchester Courtyard sets its standard of excellence high when accommodating its guests. We were treated royally this past weekend, as the Marriott was our designated hotel for those traveling to our son's wedding on May 12th. Months past, Suzi Smith comped us a room at which time we met with Sheila who works in the kitchen to discuss having our son's wedding rehearsal meal in the hotel. On a moment's notice she prepared a soup tasting including home baked cookies for us to sample. Then there was Rhonda who was in charge of the rehearsal meal on May 11. She tended to our needs in an extraordinary way. The food was tasty, hot, displayed beautifully. Dishes never had a chance of being empty. She blended so well with our two families that I wish we could have brought her home with us. She is a wonderful asset to the Courtyard. Then there were the waitresses, room staff, the bartender, the desk personnel. They all knew we were there for an important event in our lives and they all contributed to making it even more special. Blessings to them all. You have an incredible staff there in Winchester. We would feel privileged to serve as references to others contemplating events at the Courtyard.

On the weekend of July 6th  8th we invited friends and family to attend our daughters wedding which was held in Winchester.

Having been Marriott rewards members for many years, we of course suggested that our guests reserve rooms at your hotel. My first contact person was Suzi Smith. She was so helpful in blocking rooms and accommodating our needs, even before the hotel had ever been built! She continued to be our contact person, always conducting herself with professionalism and courtesy.

When the dates of our big event arrived, we were assisted by April, and Amy at the front desk. They truly took care of all our needs. No matter what we requested they were there with immediate suggestions and answers for our questions.

Congratulations on your fine staff. Each and every Marriott representative was a credit to your organization.

At first, I was a little hesitant about having a videographer for our wedding. What could they do that wouldn't be coverered by the photographer. Boy was I wrong. The Staff at An Affair to Remember gave us the most precious of all gifts for our day. Our wedding video was absolutly amazing. The detail and personal touches they used to create and capture the whole experience are priceless. I am so glad that we decided to use An Affair to remember, and I would encourage any couple to go meet with them. This video means so much to our family. I'm not one for giving companys referals, high praises, or testimonials, but it is the least I can do for as much joy they have brought us when we watch our DVD.
