Welcome to the
Shenandoah Wedding Professionals Association.
Membership Information
The SWP meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday of each month to share ideas, attend educational programs, and network. This is an excellent way for guests to meet other professionals in the wedding industry. Guests may attend up to two monthly meetings per year. Guests then must submit an application with dues if they wish to continue attending.
Membership Benefits
Membership in the Shenandoah Wedding Professionals carries a number of benefits:
Monthly Meetings - SWP meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month, at an area hotel, restaurant, or reception site. The meetings include a networking reception, dinner, and a guest speaker or other planned program.
Our Annual "Evening With The Newlyweds" - Each year we gather a focus group of recently married couples who share the experiences of planning their wedding. This is always our largest and most informative meeting of the year.
Listing on the SWP website - Each member receives a link and listing on this site.
Use of SWP Logo - Members may display the SWP logo in their advertising. This logo is fast becoming synonymous with quality, and as our focus groups show, membership in groups such as SWP does tend to help sway undecided prospects.
The opportunity to promote your business by hosting meetings at your business location.
